Patient presented with a missing top front tooth. Guided implant placement was utilized for the top front tooth. The front teeth can be the most difficult to work on because they are highly visible and have a large impact on the overall appearance of the smile.
This patient presented with a broken front tooth. Oral surgery of the front teeth is very complex due to the highly visible and aesthetic nature. Dr. Stein extracted the broken tooth, then placed an immediate dental implant and a specially designed healing abutment to allow the gums to heal in the most natural-looking way and look as if they never underwent any trauma. Once the implant is fully healed, a new custom crown is placed on the implant. The result was amazing. The patient now has a stable tooth and no one knows it’s an implant.
Patient presented with a missing lower tooth that had been previously repaired with a bridge attached to the adjacent teeth. She wanted to not have a bridge and have an implant placed. Patient underwent bone grafting to prepare the implant site, then had a special implant placed to match the appearance of the smaller front teeth.
Patient presented with missing lower front tooth. The amount of space available to place an implant was very limited and posed a risk to injure the roots of adjacent teeth. This case was perfumed under guided surgery to assure perfect placement of the implant without injury to adjacent teeth.
The patient fractured their front tooth. It was extracted and an immediate implant, bone graft and temporary restoration were placed the same day, in one visit lasting approximately 1 hour.
The patient fractured her root canal treated from tooth #9. The tooth was traumatically removed and the same day an implant was placed and a temporary tooth was placed on the implant. Then after 3 months of healing, a new final restoration was placed on the implant. The result is remarkable. The patient is very happy
The patient presented with a long standing bonded bridge to fill in the space of missing front tooth. An implant was placed into this site using a computer guided technique and a single crown was made for the implant to give the patient a their smile back
Patient presented with broken front tooth #8. A CT scan was taken to evaluate available bone. Broken tooth was extracted and an IMMEDIATE IMPLANT was placed. Post placement x-ray showing implant in place.
Patient presented with broken upper molar under her sinus. Tooth was extracted. It was determined from Pre-Op CT Scan that she had adequate bone to place an Immediate Implant. Then implant was placed and bone material was placed around the implant. Then the area was covered with a membrane. X-ray showing placed implant and healed implant.
Tooth #7 - was root canal treated and developed internal resorption. Pre-surgical evaluation involving CT scan showed adequate bone to extract and place immediate implant. Tooth was extracted and immediate implant was placed. X-ray at placement and 3 months later. Final restoration.

PT presented with a dental implant placed by his General Dentist. The implant was loose, poorly placed and non-usable. The patient was frustrated that he spent a lot of time and money and now has to redo his treatment. I removed the implant, performed a Bone Grafting procedure to replace and restore the bone that the previous implant destroyed and placed a new Straumann dental implant which is now ready for the tooth to be placed. 2 months later the patient is very satisfied with the outcome .
18 year old female was born without her Lateral Incisor teeth (#7 and #10). As part of this condition, she was also missing bone necessary to place dental implants in this area. You did an amazing job on my teeth. I could not have imagined that one day my teeth/smile would look this great. Thanks again for all your hard work. :)
My dentist, whom I regard highly, recommended Dr. Mark Stein for a complicated extraction that she would not perform. I was scared of this procedure, but Dr. Mark Stein made it easy—a walk in the park. The staff was extremely friendly and the entire experience was beyond my expectations. I give Dr. Stein an A+.
Best place ever to go get your wisdom teeth pulled. They were so pleasant as soon as you met them and made sure you were comfortable and even followed up after hours at home to make sure I was ok and had no more concerns. I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Stein and his staff are great!
Dr. Stein is a wonderful surgeon. I had a true fear of having teeth pulled, to the extent that I have had fillings and then root canals done on my wisdom teeth. Please let me advise don't do that. Instead, visit Dr. Stein. All of his work for me has been painless, fast, friendly, and professional. I recommend Dr. Stein without reservation.
I was referred to Dr. Stein for extraction and a dental implant. He was extremely kind, listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. The procedure was totally painless and I had no problems afterwards unlike my other dental experiences. I would highly recommend Dr. Stein to anyone needing an oral surgeon. A+++
Dr. Stein is an outstanding oral surgeon. He is extremely friendly and gentle, called me the evening after my surgery to make sure I was doing OK, and took plenty of time to explain what he was doing and what to expect. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Koslovsky is professional, personable, thorough, extremely knowledgeable about what he does, and trustworthy.
